The Wisconsin Restaurant Association was pleased to be part of the Wisconsin Supper Club Cookbook written by Wisconsin food and travel writer Mary Bergin and Globe Pequot Press

They’re back! The legendary supper clubs known best for their colossal sized meal portions are again gaining in popularity. Seizing the opportunity to acquire recipes for your most craved for comfort foods, Globe Pequot Press and Wisconsin food and travel writer Mary Bergin teamed up to bring you the Wisconsin Supper Club Cookbook.

With more than 60 recipes from 40 supper clubs, the Wisconsin Supper Club Cookbook uncovers the secrets to the food and the drinks that keep people coming back to these landmark eateries.
